Equipment Coordination Engineer

📋 Description

• Coordinate laboratory equipment lifecycle: onboarding, qualification, maintenance, retirement
• Schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration with vendors/service
• Validate and commission new equipment; maintain records and compliance docs; troubleshoot issues
• Manage decommissioning/offboarding of automated liquid handlers, plate readers, and PCR systems
• Ensure equipment remains operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering science with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• GLP or GMP laboratory experience, preferably in a bioanalytical setting
• Ability to follow SOPs with insight into continuous improvement
• Understand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements related to the role
• Problem solver/troubleshooter, skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions
