Equipment Technician IV, Compounding (Float role M-F 6PM -2:30AM)

📋 Description

• Perform Maintenance duties to support production goals with quality and safety compliance.
• Diagnose production/packaging equipment to determine repair needs.
• Repair equipment promptly and document per cGMP and SOPs.
• Maintain equipment functionality through preventive maintenance.
• Float shift: Monday-Friday 6PM-2:30AM.
• Assist with setup/changeovers and reduce downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field with 2-3 years of experience; or High
• Technical mastery in Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting; familiarity with cGMP/FDA
• Detail-oriented with strong math, reading/writing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs (men) / 35 lbs (women), and work in a team environment.
• Experience with Windows-based systems and maintenance of production/packaging equipment; ability to
