Administer global equity compensation plans
Maintain and manage equity tracking systems
Oversee cap table management and ensure data accuracy
Ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll teams
Manage equity transactions, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or related area.
Strong knowledge of equity compensation regulations and tax implications.
Experience with equity management platforms – Carta, Shareworks, Equity Edge
Advanced Excel and data management skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
