• Manage ERP project resources to optimize utilization.
• Monitor deliverables quality; apply best practices.

• Identify risks early; develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all project lifecycle stages from inception to retirement.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead teams; foster collaboration; mentor juniors.
• Develop and execute analytics strategy across projects.
• Apply Agile principles; act as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Run Agile ceremonies and workshops to enable collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, information sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience delivering complex, enterprise projects.
• Experience managing ERP projects strongly preferred.
• Must have Agile experience.
• Experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Hands-on with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and Smartsheets.
• SAFe, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
• Experience with complex cross-stack projects.
• Cloud technologies experience preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Strong problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player with strong leadership and collaboration.
• Experience with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Confluence).
