Escalation Engineer

📋 Description

• Primary escalation authority bridging support and engineering.
• Diagnose root causes for enterprise container storage issues.
• Collaborate with Product Development to deliver permanent resolutions.
• Handle complex Kubernetes and multi-cloud edge cases to safeguard uptime.
• Influence product reliability and reduce future escalations.
• Work with global customers and Technical Services teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep Kubernetes/Container orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu).
• Strong cloud provider expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• GoLang code troubleshooting and DevOps automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Excellent incident leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority investigations.
