Perform escrow analyses on mortgage loan accounts
Review shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies
Ensure compliance with RESPA, investor guidelines, and policies
Analyze tax and insurance disbursements for timely payments
Resolve escrow discrepancies and customer inquiries
Coordinate with tax, insurance, and servicing teams

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of mortgage servicing experience
Escrow accounting, taxes, hazard and flood insurance knowledge
Understanding of RESPA and servicing regulations
Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office
