📋 Description

• Coach teachers to improve instructional effectiveness.
• Support secondary schools with CBLI strategies.
• Lead APSS and teachers in goal setting and PD planning.
• Observe ELDA instruction and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure ELPS and linguistic accommodations align to proficiency.
• Coordinate data reviews and PLCs across campuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Multilingual Education preferred.
• 2+ years as assistant principal, school leader, or bilingual coach (secondary).
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental.
• Proven results in emergent bilingual growth.
• Deep knowledge of CBLI and multilingual compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaborative skills.
