ESL Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coach multilingual KIPP staff to improve CBLI strategies
• Support secondary schools with data to drive language growth
• Lead professional learning and coach APSS and school leaders
• Ensure ELPS and linguistic accommodations align to language levels
• Collaborate on CBLI content plans using Get Ready!, Summit K12, 7 Steps
• Facilitate PLCs and data analysis for emergent bilinguals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in Multilingual Education
• 2+ years as assistant principal or bilingual coach at secondary level
• Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental required
• Proven results in emergent bilingual growth
