🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Multilingual Education preferred.
Minimum 2 years as assistant principal or instructional coach at secondary level.
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental.
Proven results in emergent bilingual academic and language growth.
