Provide preconstruction services: estimating shop drawings, VE, constructability.
Lead bid preparation with BD; meet submission deadlines.
Coordinate price packages with suppliers, subcontractors, owners, designers, architects.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Commercial Construction.
2+ years as Estimator or degree in Engineering/Construction.
Ability to interact with owners, contractors, designers, and subcontractors to present information.
Excellent time management; handle multiple priorities daily.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excel and MS Office proficiency.
