Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for bids

Manage multiple estimating tasks and project docs

🎯 Requirements

3–10+ years construction estimating experience
Experience estimating U.S. construction projects
Degree in Civil Eng., Construction Mgmt., or related field preferred
Strong ability to read drawings/specs
Experience with estimating software and digital workflows
Familiarity with Bluebeam; Autodesk Build and AI tools like Toggle
