Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping
Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Analyze material quantities, labor requirements, and pricing.
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, and government construction projects.
Work within established systems and workflows, including Procore and FastPipe.
Collaborate with project managers to review and improve estimating processes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of hands-on construction estimating experience in the U.S. market.
Strong experience estimating plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping work.
Commercial or industrial construction experience required.
Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Procore and FastPipe.
Experience with estimating and construction software such as Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
