• Join Lush's worldwide Campaigns Team to shape public-facing campaigns and engage with external

• Develop creative angles for US campaigns and address underrepresented communities and issues.
• Translate complex ethical topics into engaging materials for staff and store activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign priorities with funding and external partners.
• Support the delivery of campaigns within budget while maintaining Lush's ethical stance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven portfolio and active connections within US charity, NGO, or grassroots sectors.
• 3+ years of experience managing ethical or grassroots campaigns, ideally within
• Strong understanding of environmental defence, animal rights, and social justice issues with
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in presentations, training, and media
• Track record of planning and executing public-facing campaigns and managing complex projects.
