📋 Description

Review events and refine, automate, or broaden handling for uptime.
Interact with client stakeholders for troubleshooting/solution development.
Identify and report vulnerability/risk state of host infrastructure.
Assist in QC checks for service uptime and operations.
Assist in operational metrics for uptime and operations.

🎯 Requirements

Work Authorization: US Citizenship required.
Active Public Trust clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (+5 yrs) in CS/Engineering/IT, etc.
5-10 years enterprise infra or virtualization engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of Dell Blade switches and Firewall management for VIs.
Strong VMware admin experience (vSphere, vCenter).
