📋 Description

• Lead and own Bybit EU's Internal Audit function as the most senior audit professional in the
• Define and execute the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned with risk and growth.
• Engage with the Board/Audit Committee and regulators, providing independent assurance.
• Maintain IIA-aligned policies, charter, and quality framework for EU operations.
• Build and lead the EU audit team, shaping culture and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 years in internal/external audit or risk/controls, with 5+ years in leadership in regulated
• Strong knowledge of Austrian/EU regulations (MiCA, MiFID II, DORA, EBA/GDPR) with regulator
• Professional certifications: CIA required; CISA/CAMS/CFE/CRISC/ICA valued.
• Proven team-building; hands-on in audits; able to scale a function in a global/regulatory context.
• German and English fluency essential for regulatory reporting and cross-border coordination.
• Board/Audit Committee reporting experience; comfortable with independent, non-executive
