📋 Description

• Lead Stripe’s European R&D incentives programme for Ireland and the UK.
• Develop and document qualifying activities and evidence for incentives claims.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and cross-functional teams to support global R&D
• Translate technical activity into clear documentation and audit-ready files.
• Monitor tax legislation and incentives practices; identify new opportunities globally.
• Lead end-to-end technical documentation and robust financial calculations for claims.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in Irish R&D tax credit claims or global R&D incentive claims.
• Engineering or computer science background with finance experience; strong understanding of Irish
• Excellent written/oral communication and technical report writing skills.
• Strong project management and ability to lead cross-jurisdiction deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to learn and work autonomously within a team.
