Event Manager (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Main on-site lead for Candlelight performances; manage on-site staff and communicate with Fever
• Maintain staff lists and schedules; coordinate changes with staffing vendors.
• Ticket checks, audience seating, and pre-show candle setup; train and manage on-site staff.
• Manage venue items/inventory and production prints required for performances.
• Maintain guest lists and provide clear announcements during shows.
• Prepare weekly reports on prep status, show results, and feedback for the Fever Originals PM.

🎯 Requirements

• Event planning and operations experience; music event experience preferred.
• Interest and passion for live music and event operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading an on-site operations team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; thrive in fast-paced environments.
• AV/PA system understanding; laptop usage for work.
