Ensure each staff member is trained in duties for tickets, guest seating, candle setup
Drive uHaul with event supplies to/from venues (alternative transport if driver’s license
Manage inventory, supplies, and printing needs; manage guest lists
Manage opening/closing remarks at events (may require public speaking)

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in event management and/or relevant degree (preferred)
Interest and passion for live music and organizing events
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience leading an on-site team
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure
