📋 Description

• On-site Event Manager for Candlelight Concerts in Houston, TX.
• Coordinate with Fever Originals staff and manage on-site operations for weekly shows (Wednesdays
• Serve as main point of contact for events and represent Fever/Candlelight brand professionally.
• Oversee staff roster, scheduling, and liaise with staffing agency for reschedules.
• Ensure staff training for ticket validation, guest seating, and venue setup (candles, AV/PA setup).
• Drive uHaul with event supplies to/from venues (driver's license strongly preferred; alternatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in event management or related degree (preferred).
• Passion for live music and event organization.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience leading an on-site team; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with AV/PA systems (desirable).
• Must use personal laptop; driver’s license strongly preferred.

🎁 Benefits
