• Onsite event manager for Candlelight Concerts near Ventura County, CA
• Serve as main onsite contact for Fever Originals events
• Oversee staff rosters and scheduling with staffing agencies
• Train staff on duties like ticket validation and guest seating
• Transport supplies using a uHaul when needed
• Manage venue inventory, printing, and guest lists

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in event management or related degree
• Interest in live music and organizing events
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience leading an on-site team
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems (desirable)

🎁 Benefits
