📋 Description

• Own BLP Connect end to end: concept, budget, venue, agenda
• Lead CFO round tables with senior stakeholders
• Develop partner events and grow the ecosystem
• Manage vendors, venues, budgets, timelines
• Shape event vibe; customers and partners engage with BLP
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on event data

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in event marketing/management
• Fluent German and English
• Degree in event marketing or communications helps
• Energetic; you light up a room
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience for events
• Calm under multiple tasks; travel flexibility
