Support Executive Producer and Project Manager in all production aspects
Lead production for Candlelight concerts, from pre-production to post-event wrap-up
Coordinate third-party vendors and on-site teams for concerts in the Nordics and beyond
Develop production timelines and ensure schedule adherence
Manage permits, insurance, and travel across time zones

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in event production and experiential marketing
Fluency in English; Arabic a plus
Strong contract and budget management experience
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with project tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
