Event Producer Intern

📋 Description

• Support Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production
• Act as production contact for third parties on projects
• Manage pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution
• Develop production timelines and ensure schedules stay on track
• Assess and manage budgets with project managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in live event production or experiential marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines within budget
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Interest in venues, vendors, permitting, and production technologies
