🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives
Creative and operationally strong with strong attention to detail
Enjoy bringing people together and creating meaningful shared experiences
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
