• The Event Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and

• Coordinate closely with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical meeting workflows, stakeholder management, and event
• Experience managing projects involving healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Knowledge of pharma compliance processes, including Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review workflows.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and solve operational
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
