Event Project Manager, Life Sciences (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital and in-person life sciences events across the
• Manage end-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, advisory boards, medical education programs
• Build, configure, and launch digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered
• Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and internal
• Prepare and manage event technology setups, including engagement tracking tools, apps, devices
• Train faculty, field teams, and event staff; ensure participants are prepared for live experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical meeting workflows, stakeholder management, and event
• Experience managing projects involving healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and
• Knowledge of pharma compliance processes, including Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review workflows.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
• Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel frequently (20–40%), onsite support
