Event Project Manager, Life Sciences (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital and in-person life sciences events.
• End-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, advisory boards, medical education programs.
• Configure and launch digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered
• Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and internal
• Prepare and manage event technology setups and onsite solutions.
• Train faculty, field teams, and staff for live experiences; support onsite and virtual operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or related roles within
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical meeting workflows and stakeholder management.
• Experience with healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and corporate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pharma compliance workflows (Commercial, Medical, Legal Review).
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; customer-focused.
