📋 Description

• The Event Project Manager will lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital and in-person
• Manage end-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, medical education programs, and other events.
• Build, configure, and launch digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered).
• Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and internal
• Prepare and manage event technology setups, including engagement tracking tools and onsite devices.
• Train faculty, field teams, and staff for live experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or related
• Strong understanding of pharma meeting workflows, stakeholder management, and event execution.
• Experience with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, medical societies, and corporate
• Knowledge of pharma compliance processes (Commercial, Medical, Legal Review).
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with a customer-focused mindset.
