📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education projects
• Configure and launch live engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, AI)
• Manage customers and stakeholders with clear, timely comms
• Coordinate event day execution for virtual and onsite formats
• Oversee post-event analysis, dashboards and recommendations
• Travel up to 20-40% for onsite activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in congress engagement or pharma events
• Fluent German and English
• Strong stakeholder management across US/EU teams
• Deep understanding of pharma workflow and compliance needs
• Technical aptitude to build/ship event solutions
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
