📋 Description

• Produce end-to-end IRL events for Overtone members
• Capture events as content for video-led social
• Coordinate speakers and guests for events and content
• Keep event logistics running across multiple projects
• Collaborate with brand/comms to develop ideas and strategies
• Partner with Membership Manager for premium member experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in live events and content production
• Hands-on video shoot/edit or ability to direct freelancers
• Exceptional craft with high-quality standards
• Highly organized with multi-project logistics skills
• Strong NY network of venues, vendors, freelancers
• Startup-friendly, hands-on executor, proactive
