Own our event programme across owned, partner and flagship events
Manage full lifecycle for sponsored events from planning to post-event follow-up
Collaborate with AWS, OpenAI and Anthropic on event themes and content
Coordinate invites, branding, messaging and materials for partner events

🎯 Requirements

Experienced Events Manager, B2B events focus
Strong project management, able to run multiple events against tight deadlines
Stakeholder management with senior partners and SMEs
Experience with outreach campaigns and CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Ability to shape event themes with internal SMEs and external partners
Based in or around Edinburgh with flexibility to attend venues/office events
