📋 Description

• Own regional events across EMEA and APJ from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams.
• Balance hands-on event delivery with strategic optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in direct event management, owned end-to-end conferences.
• Location: UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany; on-site lead for events.
• Must manage venue sourcing, budgeting, contracting, vendors, and on-site delivery.
• Experience with AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude) and platforms like Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and time management.
