📋 Description

• Manage small to mid-sized excess accounts in APAC.
• Qualify excess inventory lists and develop supplier relationships.
• Convert opportunities into customer-backed purchases.
• Coordinate with Sales to identify demand and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and account development plans.
• Coach junior excess buyers on account handling and CRM discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, sourcing or electronic component distribution.
• Ability to qualify excess lists and understand MPN, manufacturer, quantity, date code, packaging
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Quality
• Strong CRM/data discipline and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Regional language skills and APAC time-zone flexibility.
• Experience training junior team members and contributing to career progression models.
