Exchange Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure and test the exchange app end-to-end with Ops and Quant teams
• Draft, execute, review, and own test scenarios and checklists
• Monitor prices and spreads to align with global markets
• Manage treasury for quant wallet
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports
• Onboard and manage exchange partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Extensive experience in crypto operations and process optimization
• 2+ years in exchange operations
• 1+ year in spot or conversion trading
• Experience with risk management and automation tools
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects
