📋 Description

• Process employee expense activities accurately and timely
• Reconcile expenses and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor policy compliance and report gaps
• Provide guidance on expense processes to employees
• Digitize and improve expense processes where possible
• Collaborate with banking partners, vendors, and stakeholders across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting or related
• 3–4 years in employee expenses or related financial ops
• Experience with expense management, reconciliation, and controls
• Familiarity with SAP, Concur, ServiceNow or similar ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills and financial data reporting
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities
