📋 Description

• Two EA roles in Monzo's Technology area, supporting CTO/VPs and leaders.
• Embed with engineering leadership to drive organisational effectiveness.
• Hybrid London-based role supporting senior technology leaders.
• Partner across Engineering and Technology teams to enable priorities.
• Lead initiatives from concept to delivery and manage complex calendars.

🎯 Requirements

• Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in tech/engineering.
• Ability to operate as a strategic partner in fast-paced environments.
• Strong judgement, communication, and attention to detail.
• Build relationships across the business and influence without authority.
• Experience with Slack, G Suite, AI tools and modern workplace tech.
• Open to working 2–3 days/week in London office (Shoreditch).
