Executive Chef

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple kitchen outlets and service formats across Starbase operations
• Partner with executive/sous chefs to develop and sustain high-end experiences for the workforce and
• Coordinate openings of new outlets and ensure ongoing day-to-day operation
• Maintain safety, health, and cost targets for food services and outlets
• Lead staff development, hiring decisions, and team management
• Engage in employee experiences and hospitality initiatives for SpaceX guests

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; culinary degree and 4+ years, or 6+ years industry experience
• 2+ years in a multi-outlet operation facility
• Experience leading 20+ team members; strong kitchen operations knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication
• ServSafe or equivalent manager-level certification; ability to stand long hours; ability to lift up
