📋 Description

  • Schedule and manage Exec calendars across time zones; protect time.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel for Execs: flights, lodging, transport, visas, itineraries.
  • Manage meeting logistics: room bookings, dial-in setup, attendees, docs.
  • Admin & coordination: first point of contact for inbound requests; handle volume with good judgment.
  • Arrange gifts, restaurant/venue bookings, catering, and other duties as required.

  • Exceptionally organized; can manage dozens of moving parts and detail.
  • Tech-savvy; quick to pick up new tools.
  • Strong communicator with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Proactive, self-motivated; maintain high quality standards.
