Executive Director

📋 Description

• Lead a single WelbeHealth clinic in a high-growth setting, owning P&L and guiding leadership.
• Partner with finance to design and operate a program budget and hiring plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and enrollment to drive participant enrollment.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in strategic planning to refine operations across programs.
• Mentor and develop care teams and leaders within the clinic.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or related
• Five years’ experience creating and guiding programs for vulnerable seniors.
• At least three years’ supervisory experience in health or social services; senior care program
• Proven ability to drive patient experience improvements and mentor leaders.
• Experience leading a data-driven organization with reports to prioritize work.
