Executive Director, Head of Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end support, administration, and development of the enterprise application portfolio
• Lead and grow a team of business analysts, solution architects, and project managers; set standards
• Direct third-party partners; manage statements of work, delivery quality, and vendor performance.
• Partner with Data & AI group to define integration and data architecture; coordinate with
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to translate business

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years leading enterprise application teams; pharma/life sciences
• Hands-on expertise in at least two: ERP (Aptean Ross) or Salesforce multi-cloud, IQVIA OCE CRM
• Full-lifecycle ERP/CRM implementation or replatforming experience.
• Proven track record building internal teams while managing outsourced partners.
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and quality-first delivery; strong cost control and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
