Executive Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development

📋 Description

• Leads direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials or research activities
• Leads cross-functional teams to generate and disseminate high-quality clinical data supporting
• Owns design/implementation of multiple clinical development programs and study timelines.
• Oversees study teams, data safety/efficacy review, and regulatory communications.
• Responsible for scientific content of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• May supervise Medical/Scientific Directors and Clinical Scientists.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO or non-US equivalent with oncology focus; residency preferred; oncology fellowship desirable.
• 5+ years (7 preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma/academic settings.
• Ability to lead a complex clinical research program independently.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with clinical trial methodology, regulatory/compliance knowledge, and study protocol
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
