  • 5+ years supporting a founder/CEO in EA/CoS or Execution Partner capacity
  • Proven ability to run day-to-day operating cadence
  • Hands-on marketing ops: CRM workflows, email sequences, funnels, basic copy support
  • Strong project management (ClickUp/Asana) with fast-paced shipping
  • Tools: ClickUp/Asana, Google Workspace, Slack/Zoom, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Airtable, Zapier/Make
  • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience with remote tools
