📋 Description

• Senior executive recruiting across Director, VP, and C-suite roles for Figma
• Partner with senior leaders to define talent strategy and drive searches end-to-end
• Lead talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence for executive landscape
• Shape role definitions, advise on org design, and manage candidates with high discretion
• Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates
• Continuously refine approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with 2+ years in executive hiring
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical leadership roles in-house
• Track record of owning searches end-to-end and closing senior hires (Director, VP, C-suite)
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders
• Business acumen with understanding of org design and talent tradeoffs
