Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (professional experience may substitute)
Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment in fast-paced environment
Minimum 2 years of executive recruiting experience at VP/Senior Director or equivalent
Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit passive executive candidates
Experience managing expectations of senior leadership and hiring managers
Experience creating sourcing and pipelining strategies
