🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in veterinary industry, ops or clinical management
• 3+ years B2B account management or sales
• Empathetic, confident in difficult conversations
• Highly organized with multi-case management ability
• Strong strategic communication and de-escalation skills
• Experience with tech, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
