Experience Director

📋 Description

• Serve as strategic partner to property management and facilities teams to support asset objectives.
• Own and execute asset and experience strategy to drive leasing velocity and tenant retention.
• Lead hospitality for prospective tenants, including access, F&B/gifting, and asset knowledge.
• Oversee tenant onboarding to ensure full integration across spaces and services.
• Integrate F&B operators and partners into the amenity program.
• Build relationships with ownership, leasing, and tenants with clear impact reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hospitality, workplace experience, amenity ops, or related fields (real estate exposure
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience owning budgets and interpreting financial performance.
• Experience creating/presenting operational and financial reporting.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack.
• Comfortable using new tech for membership management.
