Experience Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as cabin host on all flights from Aero's VNY base.
• Greet guests in lounge, handle luggage, check-in, coordinate with FBO.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and service from lounge to landing.
• Prepare lounge and cabin; maintain cleanliness and stock onboard supplies.
• Communicate clearly with guests; resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with pilots, ground ops, and Experience Team for on-time departures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in luxury hospitality/guest experience.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays; rotating base/jet/reserve.
• Willing to fly and report to base within 120 minutes.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; fast-paced movement may be required.
• Lift up to 100 lbs; occasional kneeling, bending, or assisting around jets.
