📋 Description

• Build and refine scalable production processes to meet higher volumes.
• Develop assembly and test equipment.
• Proactively solve component and assembly issues.
• Plan critical materials to ensure smooth flow.
• Organise production schedules and materials with suppliers.
• Investigate defects and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Design for Manufacturing input to product designers.
• Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Maintain BOMs and SOPs.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
