📋 Description

• Lead commercial mechanical and HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Oversee project execution, financial performance, and client relationships to ensure on-time
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage subcontractors and field operations.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with field leadership and stakeholders to address risks and opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years+ of project management experience in construction, mechanical, or HVAC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with procurement, contracts, and client/vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
