Experienced System Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead operational management of enterprise systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and service requests; drive ITIL-based maturity.
• Coordinate root cause analysis, monitoring, and escalation for critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IS/Engineering (Master's or PMP an advantage).
• 10+ years in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or ops leadership.
• At least 5 years leading technical operations or service delivery.
• Strong ITIL4, ITSM, incident management, and governance expertise.
• Experience with regulated environments; HIPAA, SOC controls knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional leadership for infra modernization and cloud initiatives.
